An overview of procedures including initial registration, changes in status and enrollment in graduate courses.
Graduate studies at York consists of three academic terms: Fall term, Winter term, and Summer term.
Graduate students must maintain continuous registration in all terms — Fall, Winter and Summer — until graduation subject to the time limits stated in Current Students—Regulations, and must pay the appropriate term fee.
Students can add and drop courses online via the Registrar's Office. Please visit Registrar's Office—Registration and Enrollment and log in using your Passport York account.
If you are in the last term of your program and expect to graduate, you must apply to graduate.
Forms required for academic processes such as academic petitions, leave of absence, appeals, and course requests.
